Euro Global Consultancy (EGC) has designed the Agent Portal System to help education consultants manage student and candidate profiles efficiently online. Permits assigning special roles to agent and admin accounts, making the platform more secure and efficient. This system is designed for smaller to mid-size consultancies and simplifies profile, document, commission and communication management.

It has important features such as profile management, following applicant details, posting documents with categorization (such as passports and visas), commission management and review and secure conversation between admins and agents. Files can be uploaded securely (choose from PDF, PNG, JPG files), notifications are time-stamped and logs contain a detailed list of all commissions. Because it uses Bootstrap for responsive design, it runs well in all up-to-date web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

The Agent Portal System adapts to the needs of your consulting firm. TUpdates to a person’s profile are recorded, documents are separated by whether they are student or candidate documents and commission changes are checked through audit trails. Thanks to session authentication, password hashing and secure time format, education consultancies can count on this system.
